Last updated: August 2026
EvalTech is committed to protecting the privacy of its users in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).
1. Data controller
THE OWNER. Our details are set out in the Legal Notice of this website.
Data protection contact: estate.valuation.tech@gmail.com.
2. Data we process
Registration data: the email address and password the user provides to create an account.
Valuation data: the property information the user enters (location, area, features, etc.) and the estimates generated, kept linked to the account so the user can review them.
We do not request payment data. We do not process special categories of data.
3. Purposes and legal basis
Providing the valuation service and managing the user account: legal basis, performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
Storing the user's valuation history: the user's own interest in having that history and, where applicable, consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
Handling support requests and communications: legitimate interest in responding to the user (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
4. Processing by artificial intelligence
To generate estimates, the text describing the property is processed through an AI model provider. Registration data (email or password) is not sent to the provider. We recommend not including personal data in the free-text property description.
5. Retention
Data is kept while the account remains active. The user can delete the account and valuations at any time; from then on the data is no longer retained, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise.
6. Recipients
We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required. Technology providers (hosting and the AI model) act as processors with appropriate safeguards to operate the service.
7. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw any consent given, by contacting estate.valuation.tech@gmail.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es) if you believe the processing does not comply with the law.
8. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the data, in accordance with Article 32 GDPR.
9. Minors
The service is not directed at children under 14. If we detect a minor's registration without appropriate consent, we will delete the account.
